Why Attend

We hope you are planning to SOAR into HR for this full 3-day event in Overland Park, KS, September 20-22, 2023.

Networking

All work and no play makes for a boring HR conference! Join us for networking events on Wednesday the 20th and Thursday the 21st. It's a fun way to close out the nights.

Great Speakers

The Conference will include subjects and topics in the HRCI Body of Knowledge and SHRM Body of Competency & Knowledge. All presentations will meet the criteria for recertification credit from both SHRM and HRCI.

New People

We plan to host 400+ attendees this year, the majority of whom will include senior Human Resources (HR) professionals, supervisors, managers, and directors currently practicing in the Human Resources field.

Credits Available

Conference attendance provides up to 12 recertification hours for in-person attendees, and up to 24 hours for those viewing the On Demand recording.

CALL FOR Concurrent Speakers

KS SHRM invites you to submit a call for proposal to share your knowledge and expertise with human resources professionals at our annual KS SHRM State Conference, September 20-22, 2023 in Overland Park, Kansas. Our theme is SOAR into HR and we expect over 400 attendees for this annual event.

KS SHRM is proud to partner with the Honor Flight Network™ for this year’s community engagement at the Annual Conference. The Honor Flight Network™ is a national non-profit organization created to honor veterans of the United States military.
