In this talk, I will share my personal experiences and insights on the importance of leaders investing time in connecting with employees as whole people. I will discuss how building strong, authentic connections can lead to increased productivity, job satisfaction and employee engagement. I will also touch on the benefits of a holistic approach to employee investment, including internal coaching, and how it can lead to a more engaged and loyal workforce. My goal is to inspire organizations to invest in their teams more creatively, for the benefit of both the company and the workforce.
