Drugs in the Workplace & Changing marijuana laws: Working through the haze

What does the increasing legalization of marijuana mean for your policies regarding hiring, drug testing and discipline?  What about conflicts between state and federal law?  Do you need to accommodate an employee’s use or possession of medical marijuana?  This presentation provides employers with real world advice regarding the use and abuse of drugs in the workplace.
